- Afternoons: 2pm - 10pm.
- Nights: 10pm - 6am

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operator to join our client's manufacturing facility in Tredegar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled, and finished to the highest standards. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment.
Duties
- Assemble products using hand tools and machinery, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
- Operate and maintain logic controllers and other production equipment.
- Perform materials handling tasks, including the movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in tooling and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software for design purposes is advantageous.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output in all tasks performed.
