NuStaff Ltd, part of Vester Group, has earned the EcoVadis Committed Badge, recognising its sustainability performance and commitment to responsible business practices.
The recognition highlights NuStaff’s commitment to environmental responsibility, labour and human rights, ethical business practices and sustainable procurement.
EcoVadis is a globally recognised provider of business sustainability ratings, helping organisations assess and improve sustainability management across their supply chains. Its assessment considers four key areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
For NuStaff, the recognition reinforces the importance of operating responsibly while delivering flexible temporary workforce solutions to businesses across the region.
As employers face increasing pressure to demonstrate responsible supply chains, choosing a workforce partner is about more than simply filling vacancies. Businesses need confidence that their recruitment partners understand the importance of ethical employment practices, environmental responsibility and doing business the right way.
Dave Matthews, CEO of Vester Group, said:
“We are delighted that NuStaff has been recognised through the EcoVadis assessment. Environmental responsibility, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainability are vitally important to us and, of course, our customers.
“When businesses choose a partner to provide flexible temporary staff, they are placing trust in that organisation to support their operations responsibly. We recognise that our role extends beyond supplying people; it is about building trusted partnerships and helping our customers make responsible choices throughout their supply chains.
“This recognition is an important milestone for NuStaff and reflects the values we want to demonstrate in everything we do.”
Paul Fletcher, Director of NuStaff, added:
“It is important to acknowledge the hard work and commitment of our people in helping us deliver responsible and sustainable solutions for our clients.
“We support businesses across manufacturing, production, warehousing, pick and pack, and events, where having access to a reliable and flexible workforce is essential. Our customers need a recruitment partner that understands their operational pressures while recognising the importance of ethical practices and long-term responsibility.
“Achieving the EcoVadis Committed Badge is something our team can be proud of. It also gives us a valuable opportunity to continue reviewing our practices, identifying areas for improvement and strengthening the service we provide to our clients.”
