NuStaff has strengthened its permanent recruitment division with the appointment of Angharad Isaac as Principal Recruitment Consultant, supporting the business’s continued growth following last year’s management buyout (MBO).
With over a decade of experience in engineering, FMCG, and manufacturing recruitment, Angharad brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong track record of supporting businesses in securing high-calibre talent. Based at NuStaff’s Cwmbran office, she will oversee recruitment across Wales and the Southwest of England, working with SMEs through to large-scale enterprises.
Her approach is centred on building long-term partnerships, acting as an extension of a company’s team to attract the right candidates by representing their values authentically.
The appointment comes as NuStaff continues to build on its growth trajectory following the MBO in mid-2024, with a focus on expanding its recruitment solutions into new regions and strengthening its expertise across key sectors.
