NuStaff, a trusted recruitment provider for over 30 years, continues its growth journey with the appointment of Cai Gumm as Senior Consultant. With offices in Chepstow, Cwmbran, and Bridgend, NuStaff provides expert recruitment solutions across multiple sectors.

Cai joins NuStaff with a strong background in recruitment, having started his career as an internal recruiter for the Royal Air Force before moving on, to specialise in industrial recruitment. In his new role at NuStaff as Senior Consultant, Cai will be based in the Cwmbran office, where he will focus on client servicing and candidate placements, ensuring both businesses and job seekers receive high-quality, personalised support.

Speaking about his new role, Cai said:
