Vester Group has acquired Thrive HRM, strengthening its ability to deliver end-to-end people solutions across South Wales and beyond. This marks a significant step in expanding its people advisory offering and supporting clients with more integrated, commercially focused solutions.

The acquisition brings together Vester Group’s established expertise from Executive HR Ltd (HR recruitment, HR executive search, senior-level HR business advisory, and projects) with Thrive HRM’s established specialist HR consultancy services.

This enables Vester-owned Executive HRLtd to focus on its core strengths in recruitment and NED sourcing, while significantly enhancing the Group’s broader offering through a comprehensive, end-to-end consultancy and retained advisory solution under the Thrive HRM banner.

Founded and led by Tracey Spiller-Burnett, an experienced HR Director with board-level and commercially driven leadership experience, Thrive HRM has built a strong reputation for delivering flexible, people support that delivers real business impact to organisations of all sizes. Its services span the full employee lifecycle, with a strong reputation in compliance, employee relations, performance management, organisational design, wellbeing and day-to-day operational support.

The business also provides scalable retainer models, from on-demand advisory support and fully outsourced people functions through to senior-level strategic HR leadership, helping organisations improve performance, manage risk and align their people strategy with commercial goals.
